solid food

Aku sebenarnya belum pun bagi Khadra makan apa2 lagi...since pead dia kena tunggu betul2 6 bulan, jadi aku seakan akur (sehingga hari ini). Khadra pun aku rasa belum menunjukkan lapar yang luar biasa, Cuma...dia buat aksi air liur meleleh bila tengok mak ayah dia makan. Kesian tau dia! (aku plan nak mula awal dalam 5 bulan 3 minggu...try simple food dulu, kasi intro, nanti bila 6 bulan dah pro, hehe...kalau boleh minta sangat la she x too picky bab2 makan ni, and of course mama will try my best to cook yummmehh foods for u baby..: )

Aku memang sejak bulan lepas sudah sibuk baca/google hal2 yang berkaitan dengan pemakanan bayi ni...in fact, hari minggu lalu aku dah pun beli sudu, mangkuk, food container, cups untuk Tadda..hahahaha mama memang excited..!! tak sabar nak masak dan mencuba resepi yang sesuai untuk Tadda ...nanti sila standby camera/vcam!! aksi menyuakan sudu/makanan untuk kali pertama memang kena ambil beb! hehe sejarah tak kan berulang... :)

Kalau ada mama2 yang sudi share resepi dengan aku -aku terima dengan hati yang terbuka :) lagi gembira...jangan malu jangan segan...boleh juga emai di naddynad@gmail.com

First a few general pieces of advice for cooking baby food:


• Use fresh, organic ingredients as much as you can! Organic vegetables are often lower in nitrates.

• No salt ever until your baby is 1 year old.

• Steam vegetables as often as possible. This will preserve the vitamins better that boiling.

• When boiling, use as little water as possible without risking to burn the food. This way you'll keep more of the vitamins in the food.

• Add some oil or butter to the baby recipes, a teaspoon or so per serving, since babies need the fat to grow and develop properly. (I know in some countries this is not recommended for some reason. If so follow the guidelines provided by your baby's health nurse.)

• The more inexperienced your child is with eating solid food, the soupier the food should be when you serve it. Add a lot of breast milk or formula in the beginning. Reduce the amount when your baby gets more used to eating solid food.

• If you want to save time and cook many portions at once, be sure to cool the food down and freeze it quickly. This way you avoid bacteria growth in the food. Use an ice cube tray for example.

• Always try new baby food recipes before making many portions. Otherwise you might have throw away a lot of food if your baby doesn't like it.

but for start biasa puree vege/ fruits..then slowly la ada tambah chicken/meat/fish

raina dulu mkn pada umur cukup 6 bulan tp masa umur dia 5 bulan lebih tu nurul dah try bg air buah dan nestum campur susu dan buat rasa sikit untuk intro sebelum bg dia betul2 solid food
